Frequently asked questions
Do you replace the whole radio or just the screen?
Often the touch digitizer or LCD is the real failure, so a screen-level repair fixes it without paying for a full unit. We tell you honestly when that is the right call and when a deeper repair makes more sense.
How accurate is the quote?
Screen repair quotes are based on diagnostic assumptions. Some vehicles may have radio module, LCD, software, amplifier, backup camera, wiring, or vehicle network issues beyond the touchscreen or digitizer itself. Additional diagnosis or parts may be required.
Will I lose my factory features?
That is the point of repairing rather than replacing — you keep the screen, controls, and integration your vehicle was built around, instead of an aftermarket unit that fights with it.
